Achieving profit and value maximization by executing the plan and developing sale of Expo Display stand design in specific exhibitions, sectors and accounts through understanding of client needs and offering solutions on a progressive basis
Roles and responsibilities for the position
·         Executes sales plan for the year with volume and profit targets
·         Penetrating the market and making the customer aware of service / product offerings
·         Mapping client user, influencer and approver profiles to facilitate relationship building and business development
·         Ability to communicate Insta profile and equity
·         Understanding client requirement and evolving creative solutions through product combinations
·         Price negotiations, closing deals and collections
  • Maintain all the customer data & sales data in CRM
Key Result or Contribution Area of the position
·         Achieving sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis
·         150 – 180 meeting and 60 – 80 Demos on Q basis
·         Collecting all outstanding dues within period stipulated by the company
·         Executing an annual and quarterly sales plan detailing client wise sales and new client acquisition plan
·         Closing sales on sound commercial footing
·         Maintaining excellent client relationship by giving creative solution to his requirements and resolving complaints (if any)
·         Monitoring customer service levels
·         Client Retention and repeat business
